We have a “points system” with our children which translates into minutes on the Nintendo Switch. This app makes it easy to set time limits on a per day basis (such as 0 minutes on weekdays, 30 minutes on weekends for example). You can also extend time as one-off without effecting the schedule you’ve already set up. One request: It would make life so much easier to be able to extend time from the Apple Watch. The whole Nintendo ecosystem is unnecessarily complex for how useless it all is. I’m an adult with no kids, who just wanted to try out this feature of chat on S2 yet I have to go through parent controls? Some other reviewer said to change safari to private as a work around, it doesn’t even open in a search engine for me so I’m stuck with an unusable app and an unusable feature on the switch 2, even if it did work you know there is a pay wall waiting for you. This causes fits and confusion with my son who doesn’t understand he’s got over an hour of play because the two hour from the day before didn’t automatically update from the app the way it’s supposed to. We used to think he has always had fun but he recently wrote an entire letter which he wrote his heart into, and had destroyed a plasma screen tv. Please fix everything about this app Update he wants to commit suicide right now. We forgot the password and the app basically told me, “TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR PASSWORD!” We got support nothing. I’m genuinely tired of this app and its existence should end. By the way, our son just recently broke 2 other television. You can disable their Switch remotely when they won’t listen and turn it off themselves. You can set time limits and bedtime. You can see how long they played and what game. Keep changing your passcode, they will find it.
