Ninth Principle is a professional assessment platform designed for Continuous Improvement managers and Lean practitioners who need a rigorous, structured way to evaluate operational performance - on any device, anywhere, without an internet connection.

What You Can Assess:
• CI Manager Assessment - A comprehensive evaluation of your capability to lead enterprise-wide Continuous Improvement. Covers capability building, strategic integration, change leadership, performance measurement, and institutionalising CI as a permanent management discipline. Rated Advanced (approx. 25 minutes).

• Lean Practitioner Assessment - Evaluate your proficiency across core Lean disciplines including daily accountability, problem solving, visual management, change management, and stakeholder influencing.

Each assessment uses a calibrated Likert scale scoring framework (1–5 per question), delivering an overall score, category-level breakdowns, and a risk rating (Low / Moderate / High / Critical) so you know exactly where to focus improvement efforts.

Insights and Progress Tracking:

Authentication uses email-based OTP (one-time password) with optional two-factor verification, eliminating reusable passwords. Access to the app requires biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) or a secure PIN, with automatic lockout after failed attempts.
