This was not the case before. ### 5/5 — Login issue *2026-05-14, version 769* The app overall is very good. The main screen design is clean, easy to understand, and purchasing mutual funds is simple and smooth. Portfolio tracking and navigation are excellent. However, I am facing a major login issue. Every time I try to log in, I receive the OTP and enter it correctly, but the app starts loading and then freezes. The only way to fix it is to delete the app and reinstall it again. After reinstalling, it works only once — then the same problem happens again. Having to delete and reinstall the app every time is very inconvenient and frustrating. Everything else in the app works perfectly, and I really like the experience overall. I am giving 4 stars because of this login issue. I will gladly give 5 stars once this problem is fixed. Please look into this issue and release an update soon. ### 2/5 — Frequent Technical Issues *2026-05-14, version 769* The app and website doesn’t work simultaneously. They deny you access. Imagine you have invested in liquid fund and you need instant redemption on Sunday or holiday!!! No one will help you. So … if you don’t check your app and website login on daily basis, first they will expire your password then if you click forgot password, website will say technical issues , try after sometime. If you don’t complain thinking App is working, then one day app will also show technical issues banner and you lose all access. There is no point in writing email on a Sunday if you have emergency/instant withdrawal from Liquid Fund. So, please be careful. This has happened repeatedly. ### 1/5 — The app is dreadful but is better than the website *2026-03-28, version 762* Cluttered screens. Unnecessary information about portfolio makeup. Options for selling and redemption hidden behind numerous key strokes and of course the OTPs if you actually want to make any transaction ### 1/5 — Useless App and Web Portal *2026-03-21* The iOS app and web portal are equally useless.
