They deny you access. Imagine you have invested in liquid fund and you need instant redemption on Sunday or holiday!!! No one will help you. So … if you don’t check your app and website login on daily basis, first they will expire your password then if you click forgot password, website will say technical issues , try after sometime. If you don’t complain thinking App is working, then one day app will also show technical issues banner and you lose all access. There is no point in writing email on a Sunday if you have emergency/instant withdrawal from Liquid Fund. So, please be careful. Portfolio tracking and navigation are excellent. However, I am facing a major login issue. Every time I try to log in, I receive the OTP and enter it correctly, but the app starts loading and then freezes. The only way to fix it is to delete the app and reinstall it again. After reinstalling, it works only once — then the same problem happens again. Having to delete and reinstall the app every time is very inconvenient and frustrating. Everything else in the app works perfectly, and I really like the experience overall. I am giving 4 stars because of this login issue. I will gladly give 5 stars once this problem is fixed.
