All claims do not load if you ever do get on. Half the time it is down and force closes with minimal functions. This App is really the worst app I have seen from any provider and especially from a medical insurance provider where the app accessibility is very important. Very frustrating experience. I recommend using the website and avoid the app ### 1/5 — Only use if you want to rage crash out *2025-08-16, version 3.5.26* I’ve had nothing but problems, I’ve tried logging in so many GD times, I’ve tried changing my password, using the saved password that works for the site, and typing it manually. NOTHING WORKS I’ve never hated an app more than this one. Especially where I’m trying to access important information it should work.
