Only one person can pay the account or reject the payment. But I thought this was a capital Society I have no choice but to use them for my electricity. When I first moved to Northwest INDIANA I was on a budget plan and my bill was 142 a month currently it is 360 per month but I haven’t changed my lifestyle or usage.
