Fix the basics to work first!! Wifi doesn’t even work, nor does the staff!

Great smaller hotel, but the rooms are very modern and comfortable.  The big deal is the staff, they are all so pleasant and accommodating.  They leave you smiling with every interaction!  I know where I’ll be staying if I’m lucky enough to be in Edinburgh again.
