First off, they give you package inserts! How many times do you receive a package with no receipt, no instructions, nothing! To my shear delight, NIRA sent me several informational pamphlets explaining what the laser does, pics, how to use it, how to pair it to my phone for tracking purposes, etc. It was WONDERFUL and so helpful. After one week of use, I can honestly say my skin feels softer and the wrinkles are fading.
