The app barely works, support is nonexistent, and complains seems to be disappear into a void. A service this important shouldn’t be this frustrating! It just doesn’t make any sense!! Right now, I have lost 243$ to this fraudulent process. Stay safe ### 1/5 — No words!!!!! *2026-06-16, version 2.1* The app does not work. Simple. I have tried MULTIPLE times since last year, last year oooo, since last year to create a profile on the app without success. After filling in my details, i is click the green button and it NEVER takes me to the next page. After some time, the green button goes from dark green to pale green, even with all my details files in. Also, phone number does not take any country code other than +234, and the gender and date tabs always have issues with reflecting what you selected. Why I mean is this, if you are male and you select male as your gender, it will not take. It will remain blank for a very long time. Same with the date of birth- it doesn’t readily reflect one’s selection of month, day, and year. After several calls to the embassy, and emails to both the embassy and the email on the app, and no response received, Alas!!! I’m still unable to CREATE A PROFILE in order to proceed with the contactless passport renewal. ### 1/5 — Biometric Failure *2026-06-15* A very bad app ### 1/5 — Worst thing ever *2026-06-05, version 2.1* How do I give this app a 0 rating. If you think APC is the worst thing out of Nigeria, then you’ve not met this app. It’s basically a fraudulent one, verification fails once and no opportunity to retry or even refunds. No accessible support team. I’m not a betting man but it’d be a better investment betting on Wolves to beat PSG than paying $100 for their contactless service. Utterly useless! ### 1/5 — Incompetence *2026-06-04, version 2.1* Can there be a minus star for this app, another way of looting money and acting like they are providing a service, in this AI age, ordinary app cannot function for over 200million people, what a disgrace in a nutshell this app does not work and a complete waste of time. The help setting does not work not even a bot to chat with, the number provided actually tells you this number has no call facility, why are we like this? ### 1/5 — Zero star *2026-06-03, version 2.1* The app is so frustrating, I can not proceed without receiving an OTP, I not received one.
