サイトではログイン出来るのに、予約に進むと再度メアドとパスワードを要求され、何度確認して正しいメアドとパスワードを入れても違うと拒否される。会員価格で予約させない為？感じが大変悪い。

系列ホテルに宿泊した際アプリの案内があり、新規登録しようとすると、個人情報ページで
必須項目を入力しても下部の次へボタンがタップ出来ず登録が完了出来ない。
何をチェックしてアプリを公開してるのか？
新規登録出来ないアプリの存在なんか全く意味を持たないし、
ホテル館内で案内する必要なし。

アプリはログインできますが、webでログインエラーが出ます。再設定しようとしてもメールが届きません。

メールアドレス、パスワード共に間違いないのにエラーが出てしまいログインできません。
自分が間違えたのかと思いパスワードの変更で変更用のメールを登録済のアドレスに設定しても、メールも届きません。
ウェブではログインできたので、アプリに問題があるのではと思います。
星をつけたくないですが、つけないといけないようなので1つつけましたが星0です。
アプリの更新もないようなので、改修もなさそうですね。
