I'm refreshing 10-15 times even though I'm practically next to the car and it won't refresh the car's stats (I.e. range, temperature). All paid features should really come standard. Tesla offers all these and more. Minimal software updates are evident while my Tesla updates regularly with new , over-air features (again, free!). Choosing car colour as an option would be a good nice-to-have! ### 1/5 — Firmware update ! Connection issues *2024-09-13, version 7.9.5* For those who have lot of issues with synchronization of the app, check your nissan radio version, got mine updated to 0354 (bulletin NTB22-058a and it’s way better and it fixed audio issues on iphone carplay. Even our Toyota app is quicker. Not sure why but it won’t give me any charging advice. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and still no luck. Called and they said AT&T discontinued it because it was 3G - not sure why they couldn’t keep both. Poor customer service on their part, I was using it to remote start my car in the winter to keep it warm for my little toddler. It used to work once out of three times . Getting the “state of charge” information works less than half the time. As others have complained, you have to hit the refresh icon several times before it updates. Need improvement, as well if the app could stop or notify at 80% charge to make sure to cut off power will be very usefull. Other than that. Appreciate the fact I can start the heat remotely. ### 5/5 — This app needs work *2024-10-17, version 7.9.5* When I run the app it only shows me the state of charge from the last time I ran the app. What it should do is show me instantly what the state of charge is now. This info shoukd be pushed to your server regularly so that my app always has current info. As it is I have to hit refresh which can take up to 60 seconds to respond, and it is not reliable. Please address this and make an app that does what it should. I also note that this app does not work well with the FLO app. I can stop charging with FLO but when I do I can’t restart it with this app. Also I was told that I should regularly only charge to 80%. There is no way to set a parameter like this. Again.
