## What is NissanConnect® EV & Services?

The NissanConnect® EV & Services** app is designed especially for owners and drivers of the Nissan LEAF® (Model Year 2018-2025). The NissanConnect EV & Services** app lets you manage the unique features of your LEAF like charging the battery, adjusting climate controls and checking the battery status, all from your mobile device. You can also personalize the app dashboard with the features that you use the most. 

LEAF drivers require an active subscription to access the features of NissanConnect EV**, but it is complimentary for the first three years of ownership. 

NissanConnect EV & Services is available for the following models and trim levels (Model Year 2018-2025):
- LEAF SV
- LEAF SV PLUS
- LEAF SL PLUS

Model year 2018-2025 LEAF owners require an active subscription to NissanConnect EV with Services** powered by SiriusXM®. If you have not yet enrolled in NissanConnect EV with Services** download the NissanConnect EV & Services app or visit www.owners.nissanusa.com.

***The NissanConnect Services telematics program is affected by AT&T’s decision to discontinue its 3G cellular network. As of February 22, 2022, all Nissan vehicles equipped with telematics hardware compatible for use with the 3G cellular network will be unable to connect to the 3G network and unable to access the NissanConnect Services features. Clients having purchased a Nissan vehicle with this type of hardware must have enrolled in NissanConnect Services prior to June 1, 2021 to activate the service to have received access through February 22, 2022 (access is subject to cellular network availability and coverage limitations). It works but sometimes it’s hard to tell if it’s working or a little laggy. I’m still in the trial so not bothered by it. Could be better for sure though.

I love the app, but wish I could set max charging % on it or on my Leaf. Instead I have to guess and set up a clock timer on leaf to charge for certain amount of time

Nissan, I purchased a 2019 LEAF. Your app tells me to update and it won’t. Support your product.

This app has never worked well or really had that much functionality. Recently it glitched and got stuck so that it won’t refresh to show the actual status of the car. After much time with tech support, they say we have to bring it into the dealer to get it reset. Which is not really how apps work. Overall, it’s more of a detriment than an asset to our experience owning a Leaf. I hope Nissan invests in upgrading soon.

I just acquired this 2016 Nissan Rogue from my grandparents. I use T-Mobile as my phone carrier. 

First the app kept throwing an error when trying to create an EV acct so it took me 20 minutes to even get to the registration page. Then I get a pop saying that AT&T no longer supports 2G or 3G through this app. I don’t have AT&T, nor do I have 2G or 3G. I have 5G. I could give this app negative no stars, I would. Not a good experience for a first time customer.
