A fasting timer. That's it. Free to use, no account, no ads, no AI coach, no
subscription required — upgrade once and keep it forever. Fix a forgotten fast
in two taps. Your data stays on your device and exports any time.

THE TIMER
Pick a preset — 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, 5:2 — or set a custom fast. One big
ring shows elapsed, remaining, or percent; tap to switch. Started fasting
before you opened the app? Adjust the start time mid-fast. Ending early or
late? The end time is editable too. No lectures either way.

YOUR HISTORY IS YOURS TO EDIT
