## What is Nitka?

Nitka notices what you would have forgotten.

Life has too many moving parts. Promises, deadlines, appointments, bills, travel, and all the small bits of admin that never make it into your calendar. Nitka keeps the thread running through it all, so none of it lives only in your head.

Tell Nitka once, by voice or text, with a photo, or by forwarding an email. Choose what you want Nitka to remember. It connects it to your day and brings it back when it matters.

IT NOTICES WHAT YOU MIGHT MISS
A reminder tells you what you asked it to remember. Nitka goes further: it notices things you might not have thought to ask about:
• "Your dinner on Thursday at 8:30 overlaps with an event already in your calendar."
• "Your documents are due on Saturday, but you're away from Wednesday. Want to send them before you leave?"
• "You photographed the finished job. Want a reminder to send the invoice tonight?"
Every suggestion tells you why it appeared.

TELL NITKA ONCE, THEN LET IT GO
Capture something the moment you think of it:
• Say it as you walk out the door.
• Type a few words in two seconds.
• Snap a receipt, a quote, or a letter, and Nitka reads it.
• Forward an email to memos@heynitka.com and it becomes a memo.
You can capture anything offline, and it syncs when you're back online.

"When is the car insurance due?"
Just ask. Nitka finds the answer in what you've told it, and checks your calendar for anything relevant.
You don't need to remember where you put it. Just ask Nitka.

IT HANDLES THE DETAILS
• Recurring reminders. "Every Tuesday evening" becomes a recurring reminder without creating duplicates.
• Corrections on the fly. "Actually, it's the 5th" updates the note and moves the reminder.
• Knows who you mean. Your partner, your daughter, a client. Nitka keeps track of who's who.
• Works with your calendar. It reads your schedule so its warnings fit your actual day, and never stores your events.

TURN YOUR NOTES INTO A REPORT
Need a summary of a job, a trip, or a month of spending? Nitka pulls it together from your own notes and can email it to you.

REMEMBERS WHAT YOU CHOOSE, NOT EVERYTHING YOU DO
No inbox mining. No screen recording. No background tracking. Nitka works only on what you deliberately give it, organised by the people, places, and activities in your life.

USEFUL WHEN IT MATTERS, QUIET WHEN IT DOES NOT
Accept a suggestion, dismiss it, or tell Nitka never to raise it again. It learns whether you want a ping each time or one daily summary, and it respects your quiet hours.

HOWEVER IT COMES OUT
Speak or type in whatever language comes naturally, and mix two languages in the same sentence if that's how you talk. Nitka understands almost any language. The app itself is available in English, French, and Russian today, with more languages to come.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your data is never sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI. Export everything or delete your account at any time, from inside the app. Encrypted in transit and at rest, and our logs never include your memos.

• Tell Nitka who you are. Settings now has a Profile with two optional lines: about you, and what you want help with. Nitka reads them when it decides what is worth raising, and when.
• Describe a photo by speaking. When you add a photo, tap "Add a voice note" and say what it is instead of typing. You can do both, and your spoken words come first.
• A caption recorded with no signal now waits with the photo and arrives when you are back online.
• Reminders are more reliable: an old phone registration can no longer be counted as delivered and quietly cancel a nudge.
• Clearer wording wherever your plan is shown if you do not have a subscription.
