I’ve been using this app a few weeks now and I have yet to get a load. The bidding I do is based on market rate and yet I get no returns. I have a feeling that something else is going on here.

They were good at first but as time went on things started to go south. You make one mistake and they get nasty and make threats to terminate your account with them. After that, they ignore your bids.  For example, they had one offer listed three times in one day by three different brokers. We bided on all three at a very low rate and still didn’t get. That exact same offer was on another load board we use and won it through them at a higher rate.  They low ball you and don’t care about the drivers. You try to contact them through email and only get responses from the brokers. There is no one else that you can talk to if you have concerns or questions. There are no checks and balances to make sure everything is fair.

I’ve been bidding on this site for months, I have never received a call about my bid nor have I ever won a bid that I've even lowballed the price.

My account was disabled due to a cancelled load because of a family matter and no one will respond to any of my calls or emails. I was on the app for a month and didn’t get one load have been a waste of money and time

This platform does not appear to be as user-friendly as other platforms that are available in this industry. I do not see anywhere to change your location and or the date you may be available in a different area. It is quite frustrating. Perhaps it’s just extremely difficult to find and I haven’t found it yet?
