There is no objective but to win so it is very simple and great for young kids. One thing I don't like about the game is the jumping off of ramp like shapes. The cars go like 3 feet far and hit the ground. I own a real hobby grade RC cars, and the cars in this game are nothing like them. In this game they bottom out and start to tumble, making it virtually impossible to land all jumps. I wish they would also add a new 'bashing mode' where you could be in an area with big ramps and mud pits. Even without these features the game is still definitely worth the money and recommend especially to parents with young kids. It was easy to flip the airtime was awesome. But all the updates have made this game sh!t. It's like talking to someone who is uptight. You can't get anywhere and it hard to do anything. Can't even get in the air at all, flips don't look cool. NEEDS A LOT OF WORK!!!!! Still have a long way to go keep the updates coming. AND FOR ONCE GO IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ### 3/5 — Needs more free tracks *2015-07-28* I tried this game because it had to do with hobby-grade RC, and then deleted it because it required making purchases to be able to drive anything other than a T-MAXX, or anywhere but in a parking garage or a motocross track. (RC tracks are way smaller) I don't really know much about nitro trucks because I run brushless powered RC's but the graphics seem ok. It also needs a freeplay mode and damage models for the many bashers out there that just want to watch their trucks fly over ramps, or drive their trucks off of rooftops and watch their trucks get smasher beyond repair. All in all, it seems to have potential, but for now, it 's not worth it to me. ### 4/5 — Where's th rest?? *2015-07-21* Pretty decent game. Great kids racer game. Rc car physics are good, speed of th cars is good, controls handle better than most, music, graphics, etc., all qualify for at least 4 stars. And i was happy to pay th buck or two for th first bundle. Still, all together thats only 5 tracks, and 3 of em are pretty short. U can change number of laps, but still.. And th computer racers always post the same times every time, regardless of which class you choose. For me, i got this for my 3 yr old nephew and he loves it. Controls are easy enough for him. And i enjoyed playing myself, but after an hour or two i had placed first on every track with more than half th cars. So theres not much to really keep u going, at least for a 'grown up' video game. Maybe th developers just forgot to finish it? It could be a really fun racer tho, if there was more to it. And who knows when theyll add more to it. If u dont have a kid thats gonna be playing this, id say its not worth th buck, or 2?, for th couple hours of play. But u do get 2 tracks and 2 cars for free, so u can decide for urself. Thank u developer for being part of my childhood. ### 5/5 — Very good for a twelve year old game. *2023-08-09* I’ve seen other reviews of people talking down on this game, but it is 12 years old. Sure it’s had some performance improvements but don’t expect it to be in 4K UHD 120FPS. But I’d say the quality is very good for its age, and the physics are exactly how an RC would work! I’ve only played with the truck, and I’d say it’s extremely accurate, the way you flip if you catch air on a tight turn, and just the sensitivity of turning instantly. And the AI of the other cars crashing into me is exactly what me and my friends would do if we were racing each other in real life! ### 5/5 — Make a 2nd one!! *2022-11-18* They should definetly make a 2nd one and make the maps and cars unlockable but maybe some be able to purchase.
