Zum Beispiel merkt der niu sich die Lautstärke Einstellung nur für 1-2 Fahrten, danach stellt er sich automatisch woeder auf volle Lautstärke und auch auf den Standard Ton zurück. Das ist vor allem für den Blinker extrem nervig. In der App verschwindet die Einstellung auch und man muss es immer manuell nachjustieren. Die maximale Energie Rückgewinnung scheint auch nicht gespeichert zu werden wenn sie nicht im Roller Menü eingestellt wird. Auch die maximale Rückgewinnung scheint sehr gering zu sein, ist das nur Software technisch? Da wäre mehr wünschenswert. Die Routenfunktion ist leider nutzlos da hier weder eine Karte angezeigt wird noch Richtungsangaben von einem Navi oder dem Handy geladen werden können. Die Fahrtdaten sind super vor allem für geschäftliche Zwecke allerdings gibt es keine Export Möglichkeit. Das heist es müssen immer Screenshots gemacht werden was auch störend ist und sicherlich kein großer aufwand ist da die Daten sowieso da sind. Die Musiksteuerung funktioniert nur wenn der Lautsprecher benutzt wird. Wer nutzt das bitte beim Fahren wenn man es eh nicht hört? Besser wäre die Musik des Handys zu steuern während das Handy mit einem Kopfhörer verbunden ist. Esto es muy molesto y el motivo de mi baja valoración de la app. WHY NO CRUISE CONTROL IN SPAIN? IT IS LEGAL HERE😡 Por lo demás tiene un diseño actual, es fácil de usar y ofrece bastante información. Muss manuell in der App wieder angepasst werden. Genauso die custom driving Mode kurve. Das ist nervig. 2. Bekomme die neue Navigation auf dem NQIX nicht angezeigt, obwohl dort verbunden steht. Auf das Feature warte ich schon lange! ### 1/5 — App does not record rides or give you total mileage. *2025-09-23, version 5.10.0* This app doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. I have spoken to niu for the past month and it’s like ripping my hair out. They insist I need to send my scooter back, but I don’t. On my android devices it shows total mileage. It shows it working. On iOS I get all my info, ride customization, vehicle information, etc. The only two things I’ve not been able to get are ride distance and total mileage. This is an issue with the app and firmware, not the scooter itself. I’ve seen international versions which are updated working just fine in iOS, but the American release is a version behind and does not have the snooty to view crucial data like total mileage or record ride data. They sent me a minor and I do mean VERY minor refund for the app issue, but that isn’t solving the problem. Update your app. Update the firmware. Hire someone in America to do it if you have to. ### 1/5 — Apple wallet support not working *2025-09-22, version 5.10.0* It is not possible to use Apple wallet as a keyless system, there is a bug in the app that gives you an error message when you try to activate it. ### 3/5 — App country problem *2025-09-21, version 5.10.0* This app cannot be used properly in Mainland China, as the GPS function not working.
