Only for it to stop working on my phone. A message came up saying that I had to remove the app from either my iPad or phone. I deleted the app on my iPad but it would no longer work on my phone. It came up with a message saying I had to delete and reinstall. The issue is all of the messages and documents I received are no longer there. Why on earth not tell people you can only have it installed on one device. Trying to upload documents to NHS credit union. Ok taking photo of passport, then it wants a video of my face and it won't upload as it says connection lost. Tried it about 50 times and the same error message popped up and In sitting right next to my Wi-Fi box. Now it won't save my passport photo. A complete and utter waste of time 😞 ### 1/5 — Ugh. *2022-02-06, version 2.1.29* Any app that claims to work on iPad should not force users to operate in portrait mode. The sort of file sharing this app is designed for is the very occasion you’re most likely to be sat at a desk using the iPad with an external keyboard. Having to undock the iPad and flip it round just because the app designers have been too lazy to do a thorough job is frustrating. Please fix this, it isn’t 2007 any more. ### 1/5 — Useless and frustrating *2021-07-21* The app is all but useless. The conversation with my bank disappears into a little bar at the top. Any attempt to scroll or usefully interact with message causes it to collapse. Even adding my bank was an exercise in frustration and they eventually had to send me a code instead of simply adding them within the app. I am appalled that something used for secure communication is this flawed. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. And I’m on an iPhone—hardly a rare device.
