You’re limited to just 200 photos on the free plan, which makes the subscription feel completely unnecessary and restrictive. If there’s such a low limit, they should honestly make the frame itself free. The app is also pretty sub-par and doesn’t make the experience any better. There are much better options out there without this kind of subscription model. ### 1/5 — How did Nixplay LEGALLY change our account? *2026-08-22, version 3.74.1* When my children bought me this picture frame, it had the ability to display thousands of photos. Then Nixplay, after SEVERAL YEARS decided to charge for continuing to use the frame and created a very small free photo sharing service. How is this LEGAL? Martin worked with me for weeks never gave up on me always checked on me to see if I got my Nixplay to work . After weeks he finally got it to work for me !!! There was never a cost involved when I purchased this frame but like all companies you decided to rip off the customers by charging hard working people to see there pictures on a frame they already paid for. My frame will be going in the trash in the near future because I refuse to pay your rip off company another penny. I will do my best to educate my friends and family to do the same and avoid purchasing your products all together. Just keep on charging your customers more and more money and hopefully eventually they’ll get rid of your product.
