Customer care executive are useless and without any knowledge. I have tried to withdraw money from ATM in London but the transaction got cancelled yet my money got debited and it happened twice. The customer care is so irresponsible and not able to sort the problem. This seems to be like a scam. Just attracting the people with less forex charges and no proper service. It’s better to shutdown your business. ### 1/5 — Serious Security Issue Ignored, endless Waiting, No Real Solution. *2026-04-03, version 3.63.0* I’m extremely disappointed with the service. This issue has been going on for months, and despite multiple follow-ups, nothing has been resolved. I’m still receiving OTPs on my old number, which is no longer in my possession — this is a serious privacy and security concern. What’s even more frustrating is the repetitive and generic responses. Every time, I’m told the issue has been “escalated” or that the team is “waiting for an update,” but there is no actual progress or clear timeline provided. It feels like no one is taking ownership of the problem. I have already provided all the required details and evidence, yet I’m being asked to repeat steps or simply wait indefinitely. This lack of efficiency and accountability is unacceptable, especially when it involves something as critical as banking security. Overall, a very poor experience.
