The interface of the app is also very clean. Just shows a blank screen with cancelled at the bottom. I was forced to shift to this app from Niyo global as I got a notification that Mutual funds won’t be available on the other application. I don’t have any contact details to raise concern if the application itself isn’t opening up. No communication sent on any updates or downtime. Seems like you are experimenting. Money and finance related apps are not meant for this! I think once the goal wise team has sold the company the App is not being developed and improved. Cant reach out a person to talk to or look into my problem. Only way to reach is via an email ticket and it takes an eternity to hear back from the team. But, for the last two years, it is not refreshing the data and multiple emails to support team is of no use. You are forced to deal with emails. Who will trust a company with their hard earned money, if you cannot reach them. Very hard to deal with them. Been with them for 2 years, now literally forced to move my money elsewhere due to their poor service. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2023-04-07, version 1.3.7* Extremely unreliable app with abysmal support. Some examples - only frequency for SIPs is monthly, app frequently calculates the CAGR wrong, needs multiple follow ups with support to get it rectified. Recently they cancelled all my SIPs, citing some SEBI regulations which were actually for new SIPs and not existing SIPs. My wife’s SIPs continued uninterrupted; their support did not have any explanation except repeating the same answer abt SEBI regulation. Support is only through mails with min 24hrs turnaround time, there is no way to escalate. If you want your savings to be handled by an app, the least you can expect is better support. Be careful. ### 1/5 — Mismatch between CAMS statement and Niyo Dashboard *2023-01-14, version 1.3.5* It is now three months since I reported an issue regarding the mismatch between investment values shown in the CAMS statement and the Niyos dashboard. Even after dozens of enquiries and follow-up emails, the problem is still not resolved. You cannot trust the value of investments shown in the dashboard as it's wrong. ### 1/5 — Poorest customer support *2022-11-13, version 1.3.4* Niyo money has killed goalwise. Worst ever customer service. They are not bothered at all. They Just mail you back to get services from MF company directly or from CAMS /Karvy app/website. It will be better to invest from there directly and avoid these middle-men ### 4/5 — One of best apps out there with one small flaw!!!! *2022-05-13, version 1.2.99* Goalwise(niyomoney) is one of the very few apps out there which makes your investing journey very easy. One of the very few apps which a provide you in app customer service chat option and only app (correct me if I am wrong) which does portfolio rebalancing free of cost and also does tax gain harvesting.
