One of the worst service I have ever had.

The customer service is the worst you can imagine. After mailing them for so many time. Not even once that they responded. They just simply not interested in you. The debit card that was supposed to be dispatch, it was actually never dispatched. This is the reason I tried to contact them. And they are like I dont care. 
This thing is not going to grow for sure. I changed to fi money. 
And good luck with that

I’ve been using Niyo Global card for some time now. With friendly features like In-app ATM locator, live currency converter, and more, it’s the closest thing I have to what can be called a global wallet! Loving it.

I paid my University Fees with Niyo Global card with absolutely Zero transaction fee. If you are going abroad for studies, this is a must card!

I’ve been trying to reach customer support for onboarding, but it seems like they don’t want to help, it’s like they wait for me to go offline then they reply, and say as you’ve been non responsive for too long I’m marking your issue as resolved, bro it’s not resolved, you’re not replying. Don’t mark it as resolved escalate it

No help even after a month where the problem is with the platform and not on my end. They called once telling they’ll resolve the issue but the issue still persists
