Niyyah is a prayer app that helps you build a steady salah habit. It has no ads and needs no account, and your data stays on your device. It works offline. Prayer times support every common calculation method, and the method is picked from your location. For each prayer you can choose azan, a silent alert or nothing. Reminders before the prayer are available, and notifications keep working after the phone restarts. Choose from 26 home-screen widgets: next prayer, full timetable, countdown, daily tracking and streak. Light and dark themes, with 18 colour presets in the Widget Workshop. Track your daily prayers, keep your streak and see your consistency in a weekly heatmap, trends and insights. Excuse mode covers menstruation days so your record stays fair. The qibla compass guides sensor calibration and vibrates when you face the qibla. The tasbih counter has ready dhikr phrases, custom goals and a full-screen tap area. More than 80 duas from the Quran, hadith and trusted collections, with Arabic text, transliteration and meaning. Save the ones you use to favourites. Learn step by step: 9 courses on 3 levels with 57+ lessons, including wudu, salah, the 32 fard, an Islamic glossary and selected surahs. Written with the Hanafi school in mind. Log missed (qada) prayers and let the planner build a monthly plan to complete them. Get reminders for 18 important days, including Ramadan, Eid and Laylat al-Qadr, and a Friday reminder for Surah Al-Kahf. Everything is free. If Niyyah helps you, you can support it with an optional donation. Languages: Turkish, English, German, Arabic, Russian (Русский), Kazakh (Қазақша), Kyrgyz (Кыргызча). Also fixes two rare crashes, in qada setup and on the support screen. ### 11.1.0 — 2026-10-13 New languages: Uzbek, Uyghur and Turkmen. The whole app, every dua, guide and prayer recitation, city and country names. Quran meanings quote Muhammad Sodiq (Uzbek) and Muhammad Saleh (Uyghur) word for word; Turkmen has no published translation we can quote, so its meanings are our own from the Diyanet text, and say so. A phone in a language we do not have yet opens in the closest one: Tajik, Tatar and Bashkir in Russian, Azerbaijani in Turkish. ### 11.0.0 — 2026-09-28 - New: Prayer Recitations: 49 duas, surahs and verses from the prayer, with Arabic, transliteration, meaning and source. Track what you are learning and test yourself. - 12-hour or 24-hour time in Settings. - Your own adhan: choose an audio file from your phone for each prayer (iOS plays the first 30 seconds). - Widgets switch to the new day at midnight, even if the app stays closed. - City names in your language (London, not Londra). - Quran meanings quote Saheeh International word for word. ### 10.0 — 2026-09-24 - Everything is free now: full statistics and every widget theme for everyone. - New languages: Russian, Kazakh and Kyrgyz. - The app opens in your phone's language on first launch. - Arabic is complete: courses and dua sources. - Counts read correctly in every language ("1 prayer", not "1 prayers"). ### 9.8 — 2026-06-20 - More accurate Fajr and Isha times for high-latitude regions (UK, Northern Europe, Canada). - Calculation method is now auto-detected from your location (manual override in Settings). - Eid prayer time on the home screen, with reminders the evening before and that morning. - New: optional alarm before makruh (kerahat) times. - New: high-contrast accessibility mode. - Clearer widgets that highlight your current prayer. - Notification diagnostic report in Settings. ## Apps similar to Niyyah | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Arkaan: Prayer Times & Widgets](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/arkaan-prayer-times-and-widgets/id6759688511) | 2.0 (1) | Free | Lifestyle | | [صلوات](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/id6762583199) | 5.0 (6) | Free | Lifestyle | | [Adhan: Prayer Times](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/adhan-prayer-times/id6755742293) | 5.0 (2) | Free | Lifestyle | | [Niyyah: Salah Tracker](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/niyyah-salah-tracker/id6781700285) | — | Free | Lifestyle | | [Prayer Times, Athan & Qibla](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/prayer-times-athan-and-qibla/id6780271846) | 4.3 (3) | Free | Lifestyle | | [Niyyah Journey- Prayer & Quran](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/niyyah-journey-prayer-and-quran/id6743688383) | 5.0 (15) | Free | Lifestyle | ## More apps by Furkan Emre Gungor - [Loremaster: Video Game Trivia](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/loremaster-video-game-trivia/id6820025539) All apps by Furkan Emre Gungor: https://appshunter.io/developer/1888461401 --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
