## What is Nizlo?

Manage your Nizlo workspace from your iPhone. Find customers and devices, review fleet health, resolve alerts, and keep support work moving.

• Search customers and devices, with customer context across alerts and work records.
• View device health, inventory, software, services, and technician notes.
• Review and update alerts and support tickets.
• Run supported device actions with confirmations and existing workspace permissions.
• Follow job history and output, and read workspace notifications.
• Unlock a saved session with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.
• Launch remote connections using a separately installed and configured RustDesk app.

An existing Nizlo workspace account is required for live management. A clearly labeled, read-only demo is available from the sign-in screen.
