It’s very easy to use and navigate. I love interesting trivia questions that also allow to earn points redeemable for the nice prizes. I would definitely recommend it to the Devils fans. The app give you an incentive to remain engaged with the team and the games and makes earning points beyond your initial allotment easy and entertaining. The rewards to spend your points on are diverse and further incentivize paying attention and I’ve already earned and used more points than I have in the previous seasons combined. For someone that uses their tickets and attends almost every game this is a great way to take advantage of some great rewards! Wish there was more engagement with the away games but even those provide an opportunity to check in and earn points. I hope they continue to utilize and expand on this system - it’s like a game within the game! The older system they had took a long time to load while this app seem much quicker. Keeps you engaged during the game with trivia questions and game facts. You have to be quick thinking, but the points you get are worth it to get great prizes. The trivia is fun thing to have during games. I wish it was offered during away games as well. Also, I love having a large bonus reward for attending games. It motivates STH to use their tickets and go to as many games as possible. I want to see the arena packed red every night. In the past it was confusing and no way to earn more points other than your initial purchase of season tickets. Now the app keeps you engaged with the team through gameday trivia and check ins. They have added additional items/experiences for you to trade your rewards points for. Very intuitive and easy to use. And easy to redeem points for prizes! Biggest downside is the app freezes and seems to have bandwidth issues. When you report it to crowd play they constantly say it’s a ”you” problem, but multiple people have similar issues with different devices and cell phone providers. This one looks to have a lot of potential for having fun and interacting during the games, as well as earning points throughout the season. Only question will be availability of rewards as the season progresses, which was a problem in the past. There are so many ways to stay engaged with the team. Lots of ways to earn points and a great array of options of prizes from tickets to games, to signed memorabilia, to apparel. I’m a big fan! I hope they keep adding prizes for the remainder of the season as we keep earning. That’s my only concern.
