Although UI can be better. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Very bad experience *2026-08-10* ⚠️ My Experience with NJ Wealth — Think Before You Invest મેં NJ Wealth દ્વારા SIP શરૂ કરી. પહેલા ₹350 અને હવે ફરી ₹1,800 deduct થયા — એટલે કુલ ₹2,150. આ charges વિશે મને અગાઉથી proper information આપવામાં આવી નહોતી. SIP શરૂ કર્યા પછી proper response પણ મળતો નથી. આ બાબતે manager સાથે વાત કરી તો કહેવામાં આવ્યું કે “આ charge અમે નથી કાપ્યો, bank એ કાપ્યો છે. Bank વાળાને મળો. અમે જવાબદાર નથી.” મેં પૂછ્યું કે “તો આ charge માટે હવે શું કરવાનું?” તો જવાબ મળ્યો — “તમારે હવે શું કરવાનું છે? ચાલુ રાખવું છે કે બંધ કરી દઉં?” આ પ્રકારનો response customerને મળવો ખરેખર disappointing છે. મારો મુદ્દો માત્ર ₹2,150નો નથી. મુદ્દો છે transparency, proper information અને customer supportનો. 🚨 NJ Wealth પર blindly trust કરીને investment શરૂ ન કરો. કોઈપણ SIP અથવા mandate શરૂ કરતા પહેલાં દરેક charge અને future deductionsની complete details લખિતમાં લો. હું આ મારો personal experience share કરી રહ્યો છું જેથી બીજા લોકો investment કરતા પહેલાં સાવચેત રહે અને મારી જેવી situationમાં ન આવે. ### 1/5 — Unreliable service *2023-09-06* I have this account with regular SIP/investment since 3 years now. Suddenly today I get a message that my KYC is not validated yet, link provided to validate, when I enter my PAN number it says validation not allowed!! I contact my NJ wealth partner and that guy doesn’t show much interest. After few hours I get a message that my DMat account has been frozen. For what joy? KYC not validated, ok… so did you allow me to update the so called KYC? No!! And within hours you block my account. You can’t suddenly wake up after 3 years and within few hours block my account, this is clearly a lapse in the backend process. Once I get my account reactivated, moving all my funds out of the NJ world and deleting the app forever. Terrible service, when needed most. ### 1/5 — Login Fails *2018-06-21* When I try to enter my login ID and then click to enter my password..the login ID dissappears.
