Now stops at the splash screen, says “Loading,” but never does. Shame! ### 1/5 — Not working *2023-07-23* Have been trying for a week to get this app to open. It loads only as far as main id screen. Says it is loading but no indication it is doing so. Have been deleting it and retyring. The only way to get info is to use links such as app support or Report a Problem. 2 of us have same experience. Are we doing something wrong?
