After weeks a issues Pala admitted to having issues with iOS platform for the SG games. At one point I had 7 games that said the issue should resolve itself in a moment. All happened in bonus rounds. I contact NJDG and some guy there takes weeks to tell me they had issues which I told him I already knew that and that was the reason for my email. He proceeds to call me ask more questions I send in 25-30 screenshots of various games and online chat with Pala.. weeks later again tells me they had issues I said we just did this song and dance last week you have to be kidding me... he says well all games a predetermined so weather or not the games are showing bonuses rounds etc doesn’t matter it’s numbered and predetermined on your deposit. Really? Cons crooks thieves nj and Pala perfect together. The new update is horrible. It’s harder to find the games I play. What was wrong with the way it was. I noticed some of the games are gone too. Not even a search option to find it. At least put the slots in alphabetical order. When you are playing a slot and you go back to the home screen, you get logged off and have to sign back in. It doesn’t have a remember me so you have to retype log in info again. Pain in the ass app. Go back to the way it was! However, the new geolocate service is terrible. But in general, game selection is great including many slots. I won big and they let me cash it in. I'm helping a poor relative with my winnings. I like that they even have some penny options, and many ten cent options. All in all, I like it, but hope they fix the new geolocate. Keep an eye out for the 100% matches, they are a little rare though.
