I’ve spoken to representatives at the savings and loan and nobody seem to be able to give me a legitimate answer on any of my questions. If it weren’t too complex I’d be down there extracting all of my money from your place. Confused about the point of the feature if it was going to work. Everything else is cool, however it would help if I could see pending transactions both for deposits and withdrawals. I check my account whenever I want which helps me manage my drafts. I specifically also like the travel protection. Thumps Up To NJCU Mobile App! ### 5/5 — I’m excited *2022-10-08, version 2022.1.0* Great app about time easy to use ### 5/5 — New app *2022-07-15, version 2022.1.0* I have been a NJFCU member for many years as far back as 4-25-88/ thru- at the time from work…the updated app took some learning ,but overall I like the app -it still gives me the ability to pay my loan from home once I was shown how to get the job done - I appreciate the NJFCU for all their efforts to keep modern with the times,I feel that this facility is better with car rates - mortgages- lending practices .only thing that-is that if you transfer funds to Checking or savings you get a three dollar surcharge.and as cash advances at different machines you still get charged a processing fee.coin redemption machine being charged a percentage- past all that the credit Union is definately different than banks .the new look and app is better to understand is more informative… ### 5/5 — Update Broke App *2020-02-07, version 19.3.20* Tried to use the app today 2/7/20 and got a notification that there was an update for it. I downloaded the update and now the app won’t open. As soon as I click on it, it freezes. I’ve deleted it completely and reloaded it twice and it just freezes. Everything else is up-to-date on my iPhone so it’s got to the the update.
