## What is NJMPF?

NJMPF is the official member app for the KwaZulu-Natal Joint Municipal Pension/Provident Funds, built to give members and pensioners secure, convenient access to their fund information and a simpler way to communicate with the Fund.

Depending on your membership type and what’s available on your profile, the app helps you:

- View your member profile and key fund information.
- Access benefit-related information (for example, benefit statements and certificates, where available).
- Review beneficiary-related details (where available).
- Stay informed with Fund updates and notices.
- Communicate with the Fund easily for enquiries, support, and follow-ups.

NJMPF’s focus is on providing superior retirement service and benefits, and supporting members through strong administration, stakeholder engagement, and education.
