Mostly training wrestlers for matches that autoplay. You don’t really do anything during matches except watch so I got pretty tired of this after a few hours. ### 2/5 — Downloading *2022-07-07, version 1.2.0* Just won’t download, I’ve waited a long time for the game to start and it never does, it backtracks and starts over. Recently it stopped asking me to do this, and now it won’t even open. Other than that the game is decently fun. I now have a lil void in my life. It’s like a rpg wrestling simulator with some tactical/strategical elements. It was a one of a kind game. One of my favorites. Beautiful game with a fresh formula. Kinda ruined my day realizing it had been cancelled ### 5/5 — Great Concept *2022-08-26, version 2.0.0* I thought that this game was going to be nothing special. Turns out I was wrong!!! And I’m glad I was! I love seeing the video accompanying the matches, entrances, the goals needing to be met, and the difficulty in putting together a unit. It has me coming back and playing quite often. And I love the new SS Dojo feature! My only complaint, isn’t really a complaint. I’m hoping to see more wrestlers added to the current roster. Like Jeff Cobb, or Arron Henare. Even Taka or the Murderhawk Monster! And Maybe a fully playable G1 Climax tournament. Just some ideas! ;) Love the game! Keep up the great work! ### 5/5 — A Throwback *2022-06-26, version 1.1.0* This game is a throwback to the old VCR style games from the 80s like the WWF WrestleMania and NFL Football board games while blending in the mechanics of an RPG level up and training system. Fun experience and a great way to expose the world to the current stars of NJPW. ### 5/5 — I love this game! *2022-05-24, version 1.0.9* As a hardcore New Japan Pro Wrestling fan, I genuinely love this game about the same as I do for NJPW Collection. And I notice despite who you actually wrestle, the scenes both repeat and have different wrestlers, taking away the atmosphere of a one on one match with a single wrestler. I wish it had actual wrestling in it and not just an overlay points system whilst matches play in the background. However, graphics are wonderful, cutscenes and animations are smooth, and it definitely has some steam as a game.
