AEWなど他団体が絡む試合は追加購入するかたちとなっており、その支払いがこのアプリで出来ずwebに移ってから支払う必要がある。
不便極まりなく、また購入意欲も下がる。
実際AEW絡みも、楽しそうだと思いながら面倒がまさって購入していない。
また最新のシリーズも過去の試合も検索しづらいし表示がわかりづらい。UIが悪い。
金を取るのはいいのでとにかくユーザー目線でアクセスしやすくしてくれないものか。

そもそもコンテンツの量自体が膨大であり、観るものに不足は無いんですが、NetflixやAmazon Prime、YouTubeやABEMAのプレミアムで当然できるオフライン再生が、この月額料金でできないのは困りものです
（PPV以外の）アクセス制限が常に付いて回るような状態ですから配信される内容がどうであれ、この状態を放置されている意味が分かりません
これで視聴者の可処分時間を獲得する為の戦場に出て行くのは厳しいのでは？早期の対応をお願いします。

Just got the app and looked in my current subscriptions and it’s listed in there. Yet it won’t let me watch anything. I’d like a refund if the issue isn’t fixed! I’m beginning to disdain Apple/IPhone

I’m so happy to have access to NJPW content and all the entertainment that comes with it. The fact that we can also have English subtitles is great! I can understand what’s happening in those moments (real time on PPVs,few hrs delay on house events)without having to translate through other platforms. Thanks for having it so easy to access to your fans globally!

NJPW World is kind of a love-hate experience. The wrestling itself is top-tier — live shows, big events like Wrestle Kingdom and G1, and a deep archive of classics. If you’re a New Japan fan, the content alone makes it worth having.

That said, the app can be frustrating. Navigation isn’t great, the interface feels outdated, and watching on a TV or casting can be hit-or-miss. Little things like having to start matches one by one or settings not sticking get annoying over time.
