The copyright in the application does not belong to NextMotion or any other company, but solely to the developer.
The company developed the application pursuant to a commission from NextMotion.
However, NextMotion failed to pay for the services rendered.
The development agreement expressly provides that all rights in the application transfer only upon full payment.
NextMotion has not made such payment, thus it infringes the copyright of the Developer.
I am prepared to provide any supporting evidence upon request.
