But it doesn’t work at night… after maybe 9pm central time all it gives is incorrect information and errors. There is also no way to make a Principal Only payment with the app you need to log into the also awful website. ### 1/5 — Trash App *2026-07-28, version 17.0.0* Half the time I check this app it says I’m 0% paid when I’m really over 58% paid. That is the definition of trashy, along with developers so cheap that you have to MFA on each and every login, ever. Everything else is easy on it. however, 45 minutes and you still can’t make a payment. Brand new iPhone everything up-to-date and I have to numerously sign in and sign out. I would’ve thrown my phone except for it’s bl new. The chat is useless.. Please Nissan, hire me. It’s cute and easy to use. I am able to see how much I’ve paid so far and how much I still owe. Seeing that percentage on the screen telling me how close I am to having my car paid off makes me smile every time I log on to this app. After 4 years I’m at 95% right now! I can see how much I financed my car for and how much I’ve paid towards interest and principal so far. I can make as many additional payments that I want to make towards principal only. I can look at my monthly statements and those additional payments I made from up to two years ago. I can also see the total amount I would have to pay should I choose to pay the remaining balance upfront. Overall I have found this app to be very useful and helpful. ### 5/5 — Good, I don’t care what they say. *2023-01-25, version 13.2.0* BLUF: I like this app. I’ve been using the site to pay for the last year. Initial setup didn’t take long had all, and was viewing my account in minutes. Moving houses, and trying to consolidate had me download the app. Wow, there are a lot of bad reviews. But within a minute I had everything I needed. Can submit payments, view transaction history/statements, and even check out the payoff amount. Simple app, very nicely done.
