### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointed – Total Fraud Experience with N Mahi OTT

Two months ago, I came across the N Mahi OTT app, which claimed to stream Chhattisgarhi movies. Interested, I bought the ₹100 subscription. But when I tried to watch a movie, I was shocked to see that nothing was playing. Despite having a strong Wi-Fi connection, the app kept buffering endlessly. It seemed like it was eating up massive data but delivering nothing. Frustrated, I deleted the app right away.

A few days ago, I got a call from N Mahi OTT customer support, asking for my feedback. I explained everything, and they assured me the app had improved. I trusted them and downloaded the app again. This time, before subscribing, it worked fine—trailers played smoothly with no buffering. But as soon as I paid ₹100 for the subscription again, the buffering issue came back immediately. All I could see was a “loading” screen.

To make it worse, I logged out and back in, only to find that my subscription was gone. That’s ₹200 totally wasted on this app!

This is a clear case of fraud. The app is not only technically poor and unreliable, but it’s also tricking users into paying for a non-functional service. Even when it does work, the video quality is extremely low.

I’m deeply disappointed with the N Mahi OTT app and I strongly warn others, especially people from Chhattisgarh, not to waste your money on this platform. This app is misleading, buggy, and possibly a scam.

Please stay away. It’s better not to use this app at all.
