The app works very slowly and runs into multiple glitches all the time. It is not effective

I recently started taking the trolley when leaving work. I realized this app has a very very old set up and needs to be updated. But I guess not much people use the app? Sometimes it shows the driver is still at one stop when the driver has already left and is close to the next stop and at times it shows unavailable when viewing stop, the blue line doesn’t even show anything at all. Good app but it can be GREAT, needs an update and to fix a few things
