Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality - citizen self help application developed by Compumade (Pty) Ltd.

This application offers a convenient easy to use platform for registered NMBM IVR customers. To register contact 041 506 5555 to speak to an agent who will provide you with the necessary forms and information.

Unable to lodge a issue such as potholes (and there are many of them). Get the impression the owners off the app can show off they have one and then purposefully crashes as not to react. 
App is just as useless as the Municipality who owns it

Unfortunately it seems that the government was swindled yet again. This appears
to have been done by a junior software development team. Graphic design elements and UI design looks sad. Feels like Windows 95 all over again. It’s really not that hard these days to get great UI design
with not much more effort than what was done here. Nice idea, badly executed. Not making Gqheberha or Mandela proud :(

When you try to report an incident on this app all you see is black bars. There are no headings at all. The app doesn’t show you what information should be inserted in those black bars.
