This app is so limited in function that it’s a waste of time. Clearly it’s geared toward crises and not education for improving mental health. The courses tab is blank, the customer service tab doesn’t open so there’s no way to get support to improve the promised tools for using this app to improve wellness. Depressing!

The app provides an excellent package of free tools and resources. It could just use some better integration in some aspects.

For example, when using the zen room under tools, the audio will stop playing if the screen locks. Therefore, you have to constantly wake up the device throughout a meditation.

The recent update made this app even better. It now has a whole self-help aspect. For FREE! Amazing!!

I’ve been blown away but the plethora of teaching lessons, goals , resources and encouragement for People seeking support in or  out of substance use it’s a huge mental health tool too!!! Wow!
