There are options available but still it does not open. Thnks, Somesh ### 2/5 — The screen won’t rotate even when autorotate is off *2022-02-02* The iPad screen cover helps to hoist the iPad in a landscape orientation only. But the app is always in portrait orientation and won’t rotate. This is bit unfriendly. The minimise meeting has no option to maximise. Once you click minimise button there is no way to turn the meeting back on I want to what are the bugs in the app that requires an update every other day. There are so frequent updates almost everyday. Even if in auto rotate mode I can’t see the full screen ### 1/5 — Unorganised and pathetic application *2020-02-07* I joined NGASCE from January 2020 batch due to my odd work timings in order to pursue my studies. Till now NMIMS has been a disappointment to me, first they messed with my name and now the application won’t work after raising multiple tickets. This application doesn’t download any video recordings, as I am unable to attend the sessions and can’t carry laptop all the time to log in. The customer service team is irresponsible and they keep closing my ticket saying that issue being resolved where nobody checks on the bugs of the application. They asked me uninstall and reinstall the application which I did, still the app won’t download recordings. Also I am always connected to WiFi which works awesome and not on mobile internet. And I am using an IOS device. There is no bar or window that says something is downloading. No proper tabs to view what is located where! Few documents that I tried downloading says downloaded when in click on it but not found in the downloads when checked. Please if the developers understand the importance for this application to work properly for students. I would really appreciate that! **Developer response:** Hello, Extremely Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please update the app, the issue has been fixed in V 13.172.88. Please also give feedback here whether your issue is fixed or not. ### 2/5 — Issues for IOS users *2019-10-26* Not a user friendly application for IOS users. App crashes in between. While toogling screens, the app goes back to home page and starts all over. Doesn't allow to write feedback. Reinstalled lots of time as recommended but still the same. ### 3/5 — No notification when click on download. *2019-10-12* When we go inside calendar and see any lecture and click download ,no notification is given whether it’s downloading or not ,no progress bar. It corrupts the files many times before uploading crashes suddenly, I couldn’t reupload my assignment as when I uploaded a different assignment, the assignment before it would get uploaded. The recordings to lag and I hope they ACTUALLY fix the bugs. ### 1/5 — Just use the site instead! *2026-02-24* Major usability issues Apps locked into portrait mode, the landscape mode only works if your God’s favourite Videos don’t rotate properly and locked in portrait unless you switch to screen mode, turn on auto rotate and hope the video rotates if not repeat the process 3 to 4 times, and if you’re lucky it works On devices with larger screen like tablets and iPads, the login button doesn’t even appear. You have to switch to portrait login, and that two is inconsistent, sometimes the login button appears in portrait, sometimes it doesn’t If you use a password manager, it’s better input the password manually as autofill the app to freeze, you need to close the app and reopen it to do anything And if you use iCloud private relay, the the app doesn’t work you just login and it was a blank screen, and if you’re lucky it was so a few many options like Home meetings dashboard iCloud if you have no other choice, but use the app, just turn off iCloud private and at least the app will load the videos and other stuff ### 1/5 — Downloaded file is not showing in downloads *2024-07-26, version 13.175.15* The downloaded file is not showing in downloads section . I am studying MBA for working executives. There is supposed to be a feature that allows you to download videos and view them at your convenience. I downloaded videos while on a work trip so I could watch them on the flight and then land and give the exam. The app kept crashing while I attempted to watch the videos. Would just like to highlight the orientation issue on the iPad. Video recordings can be viewed in the landscape mode but everything else is in the portrait mode which is troublesome. Would also prefer if there can be a filter tab added for the session recordings so that it’s easier to filter out and follow a professors recordings rather than scroll through the entire feed.
