Not enough time to study. that is the 4 stars. I love the challenging questions,explanations to the incorrect answers and the option to get more details before answering- though i try to avoid this feature unless im very unsure. it’s still awesome. It would be a great app, except about 10% of the questions don’t make sense, or the answers don’t make sense or are completely wrong. If you have no previous mortgage experience this might be especially detrimental to your exam prep experience. ### 3/5 — Lacks a Variety of Questions *2025-03-18, version 4.0.7* App performed well, but there’s some questions that are NOT remotely on the SAFE exam, specifically the match questions requiring you to calculate monthly mortgage payments without the use of financial calculator for the exam, the NMLS doesn’t ask you that, I spent excess time remembering mortgage factors when I should’ve been reading fine print of situational MLO activity…did I pass? Yes, but I used a variety of prep sources. The one benefit of this app is the questions are hard and they try & trick you like the SAFE exam, but more questions are needed because you start to burn through the content here out of sheer memory instead of thinking & studying further into the industry. Even though it was showing the explanation once I first purchased. Save your money and try an MLO app. They don’t keep asking for more money and they show the explanation after you purchase the first time. ### 1/5 — I feel robbed *2026-02-12, version 4.4.6* I paid for this subscription on the 8th of February 2026. Nothing has changed in the app. No features has been unlocked. No explanations to the questions, no scores are shown. It will not allow me to get help through the app. Nothing has changed within the app no difference from unpaid version. I have been trying to contact their help desk, I’ve tried emailing support. I can’t find a customer service contact number. It will not give me a refund either. I should get a refund. The app looks great but the content of the questions is horribly written and not useful in the slightest. Almost as if the questions and answers didn’t match at all but the explaination did, while simultaneously not addressing the answer at all. So dumb. This is most likely a fat scam. 90 whatever % of people passed?? Every question that said “all of the above” was always that answer. The test doesn’t have more than one answer. This is slightly helpful, but I switched to another app that has over 1600 various questions. By the time you are done with this app, you are in memorization mode because it’s very repetitive. The problem is I didn’t get similar questions on my test. I studied books and listen to video lectures but being able to take practice test was very important. It allowed me to understand where I needed more improvement. The test scores were a pretty good indicator for me. Once I started to get above 75 I help confidence to take the actual test.
