User need to sync location every time app is launched Bus times given can’t be trusted. It shows 10 mins to reach the bus to your location when it actually might take more than 30 mins Buses gets cancelled all time ### 2/5 — Very poor service *2024-08-12, version 2.8* Chalo Application is far more better than NNMT I would prefer chalo instead of NNMT. I am getting a notification post opening the APP that you need to forcefully update the APP. Not sure how do we forcefully update the APP. Is it because I am using IOS I am facing challenge in updating the APP. Please check on priority. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst to use *2026-06-12* I downloaded this app hoping it would make my daily commute easier, but it has only caused frustration and delays. The features sound great on paper, but the execution is terrible. Fake Live Tracking: The ETAs are completely inaccurate. The app will say a bus is 5 minutes away, only for it to arrive 20 minutes later—or worse, a bus passes right in front of me that never even showed up on the live map. You cannot rely on this to plan your day. Constant Glitches & Crashes: The app freezes constantly. On top of that, there is a broken "force update" loop bug that locks you out of the app entirely, demanding an update that doesn't even exist in the app store. Payment Traps: Do not try to buy tickets or passes through this app. The UPI payment gateway is highly unstable. It frequently deducts money from your bank account without actually generating a ticket, leaving you to pay the conductor again anyway. Good luck getting a timely refund from support ### 1/5 — Not satisfied with its server connections *2025-12-29, version 3.0* This app not works during imp timings. All other times it will work but whenever we required it, it won’t. Very disappointing.
