Allows employees of NMRMC EMS access to Medical protocols on their mobile devices. NMRMC EMS is an ALS service that serves the citizens of Neosho County, Kansas. Including the cities of Chanute, Erie, Galesburg, Stark, St.Paul, and Thayer
