为全面实现“以客户为中心”，激发队伍的凝聚力和战斗力，内蒙中行拟在全辖开展大赛。邀请中行理财师与客户共同参与到比赛中来。参赛选手从系统中随机获取一个案例背景，并且根据系统设置的现金流进行资产配置，最后权衡资产组合的风险、收益、风险匹配度、目标实现可能性、家庭流动性，进行综合评分，筛选出优秀选手。
