Only as a guest. I do not have an E badge to test this with to see if I can upload images. apparently, I’m not the only one this is happening too. US) Everything seems to work wonderfully. It came fully charged. The instructions are clear, and simple. Click the Bluetooth button, connect on the App, and upload your pictures/videos/gifts. You can even generate images that I feel are fairly good on the app using Ai. I logged in as GUEST, and that allowed access to everything. I did try to make an account but got an Error. All In All I am very satisfied with the profuct, and highly recommend it. It's a nice novelty, and perfect for tying down your look of expression. 5/5 stars.
