The app experience is very clunky. Crashes a lot. Face ID is inconsistent. When logging in there are errors that kicks me out of the app.

I I hate the new update.  The colors are horrible.  I am unable to read my transactions.  The font is too light to see against the white background.  Absolutely horrible!!!!

The new update is great. So glad to see the new colors, logo, and the features are all user friendly. Also getting the important messages through the app as opposed to logging in through the site was a wonderful addition.

I am enjoying te new online banking for NNB. 
I love the fact that you can see the check both front & back. Also it is helpful to have the routing number available online. It is better than the previous  online program.
