But once we go to cart, pressing the back button is taking me to home instead of the filtered product listing, goes to home. Fix this bug and you guys definitely deserve a 5 stars. ### 1/5 — Fraud Application *2023-11-12* NNNow seems to be fraud and not so customer friendly application. I have ordered a shirt costing around 2K from the website. To my surprise when I receive the parcel the parcel doesn’t contain the shirt it just contain a stinky polythene bag that’s it even parcel doesn’t contain invoice or bill something like that. I have been trying to contact the company for the said issue since last 4-5 days but I am not getting any satisfactory response from them. The response I received from the company was like it was my fault that my parcel doesn’t contain the shirt. They are not at all interested in solving the problem. So please be aware and be very careful before placing order from the NNNow application or website as your money may get wasted and there will be no one to address your issue. ### 3/5 — Not very good experience with nnnow *2023-11-12, version 2.5.1* App is very good and functional. Delivery take reasonable time however it is nightmare if you have to return item. For me it took more than 1 month still I have not received any information regarding my pickup was successful or my refund is in progress. I connected with care number and sent 2 emails each time new ticket is assigned but no follow up done so far. ### 1/5 — Pathetic Company & Customer Care *2023-10-28* This is regarding order OFFAE63, I placed order for cap on 22nd October , the product was not even packed as of 28th October and delivery date was 31st I was curious and called customer care, the lady told this product was not available pls place new order , I asked if inventory was not updated while I ordered, she was like place new order and cancelled immediately on call , and told me wait 4-5 days it will restock, I asked , after restock can I use first purchase coupon, she said , coupon can of be used as it’s not first purchase, it was their fault, they cancelled, didn’t reissue coupon. Pathetic service or response from customer care . ### 1/5 — Worst experience ever!! *2023-09-13* I have placed 3 orders on Sephora India till date and all three times I have had horrible experiences. One time they sent me the wrong product and I had to go through the hassle of returning it and reordering. The other 2 times they cancelled my order 4 days after I paid for it, saying they had run out of stock. If they run out of stock, why the heck does the product still show available on their app and website?! The people running Sephora India have no accountability or sense of responsibility towards their customers. Both their app and website is full of glitches everywhere. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst online shopping platform ever! ### 1/5 — All items non refundable/ exchangeable/returns *2023-09-11, version 2.4.9* Nnnow seems to be half baked ecommerce company, I ordered 8 products, 2 products are under size, app will not allow to return/exchange products. I contacted customer support they said they don’t have the service of exchange or return, once you brought the product thats it. They don’t lift calls or respond to your emails. Such a hopeless management team they have. These idiots are creating now lot of fake reviews with five stars. ### 1/5 — Worst app. Go to store and buy. Do not purchase online or you might never receive your product. *2023-09-09* I placed an order on 19 august and we are in mid September with no whereabouts of my product. All customer care does is tell you please wait one last time and your product will be delivered in the next 24 hours but the next 24 hours has happened for me since the last 10 days. The fun part, their estimated delivery date was 25th august. They wouldn’t rely to your mails and if they do its a standard reply, as useless as it gets. If I could, I would have give it a negative rating. Oh and btw, STILL WAITING ON MY PRODUCT! ### 1/5 — Refund does not get processed *2023-09-01, version 2.4.9* Do not buy anything using the app, rather go to the store. I bought a product worth almost ₹3000 through the app and cancelled it the same day. It’s been more than a month and refund is still not processed. I called customer care multiple times, but every-time they said that it will be processed in 5 working days. But it never did. Emailed them, no response. The customer care team always says they have escalated the issue and nothing else. The quality of the telecom infrastructure is poor so half the time you can’t even hear their customer care representative over calls. Over mail they don’t reply actively and when they do, it’s always the same thing: We’ve escalated your issue. **Developer response:** Hi, please accept our sincere apology. Unreliable app and services. *2025-06-21, version 2.7.5* It has been 2 (Two) instances till date, I have ordered multiple items from NNNOW on different occasions and failed to receive my complete ordered items being delivered on time. I have to get in touch with NNNOW Admin on emails or calls to expedite order process and reinitiate delivery process with their delivery partner “Delhivery”. I had been a regular online customer of NNNOW since 2021 and have witnessed that NNNOW brand clothing standards and quality is declining significantly. ### 1/5 — The Ever worst online shopping App *2025-06-08, version 2.7.5* Dear users don’t ever purchase the items from this App. The chances of getting the item is only 25%. They will revert with an apology mail that the item cannot be shipped and will automatically cancel the order on the date of your Delivery. I have experienced the issue many times, that they will collect the amount, and you can see in the app that the order is cancelled automatically. I ordered a pair of jeans, which took some 4-5 days to deliver, and after taking that much time, delivered the wrong order. Return request was cancelled as the product did not match the description and now the matter is pending since 5-6 days, with no reply from their end. Customer support is clueless and can only say “please give us time”. Suffice to say they need to work out a lot of things if they are to run this business! In which one product I got was has a Mfg. Date 2022, we are in 2024 September and Which was of lowest quality. After seeing the quality went to knew the Mfg Date. It’s just disgusting. Sent images on the email with order no. but no revert past 10 days. Then the customer care representative told that the return period is over and we cannot take back the product. It was priced at INR 9,000 and I wasted all of it because of the of the incorrect size! Money and time…down the drain. ### 1/5 — Scam Alert!! *2023-11-27, version 2.5.2* So I placed an order, in which one item was missing and I called the helpline number which is mentioned on the app and I informed them regarding the missing item. The helpline worker’s ensured me that they will initiate the refund for the same and asked me for my bank account details and I provided the details, yet no refund was received. I called them time and again and same response was given that I shall receive my refund shortly and this was in the month of July and I am yet to receive my refund.
