Yesterday I updated the app and my account was gone. When I contacted support through the App Store, I was told there was a glitch that affected a small number of people.. me being one of them. I lost full access to my account. I paid actual money to use this app and to have lost my account with my almost 300 days of progress and notes is honestly a little heartbreaking. I will be contact Apple about this. So what was once a 5 star app quickly turned into a 1 star after this 🥲 **Developer response:** Hi Dee, we’re really sorry about this. When you’re healing you don’t always check the app. The beauty of seeing how many days you’ve stayed in no contact is overshadowed by that streak getting reset because you haven’t checked in, in a couple days. **Developer response:** Hey!
