When you’re healing you don’t always check the app. The beauty of seeing how many days you’ve stayed in no contact is overshadowed by that streak getting reset because you haven’t checked in, in a couple days. ### 4/5 — I DO love this app *2026-05-21, version 1.0.31* I’ve been using this app for almost a year - and it has really helped me stay contact in some of the hardest moments of my breakup. I’m 268 days in! One thing I don’t love is on the recent update is the weekly streak…I don’t think it’s entirely necessary and if I’m not constantly checking the app and the streak goes back to 1…it kind of makes me feel like I’m starting over? Which I’m not… I just don’t find it beneficial for my healing journey.
