I was super interested in this app, went through a series of questions, and then it hit me with the subscription options. $5 weekly? Seriously? Or $30 for a year? No thanks, I uninstalled.

Letting go isn’t something you can do by just keep telling yourself, you have to actually believe it from the bottom of your heart, this app definitely helped me a lot, and it’s also good to keep a journal anyway, it’s a very good app, thank you :)

I only rated it 5 stars so people will see this... This app is only available if you PAY you get a 3 day free trial if you dont pay you dont get to use the app its a waste of time and money... Just block the person your having trouble eith and jave someone hold you accountable
