Love the graphics, creativity and story line but I think there is an item or layer issue somewhere. If you find yourself stuck and want to restart, it's best to uninstall then reinstall! Once I did that, I was able to finish the game.

Nice and challenging. 

For the one stuck on level 3. Use your blue light on the elevator pad and it will reveal the code for the locker. You may need to play with the 3 digit combo to get the correct code.
